If you cannot open any of the links in the Research Report, try this solution.
Your Adobe Reader must be configured so that it opens the pdf documents in your browser. The setting for this can be found in the "Edit" menu of the Adobe Reader 7 window under "Preferences ..."
On the left side of the Preferences dialog, click on "Internet". You will see a check box with the caption "Display PDF in browser".
This check box must be checked for the links to work properly. You may find that this box is already checked, but your links still don't work. If this is the case, uncheck the box and then check it again. You may have to reboot your computer after each change.
